Our existing web site was developed using PHP 12 years ago. It is very outdated and have some other problems (like not very user friendly) I would like to re-create the website with simpler menus. The website basically is a prepaid calling card site which communicated with a gateway through API. API supports Python/PHP and there are sample codes available. Basically you need to implement 4-5 functions only. Actually function are part of API, you need only develop the web site with links that would code the functions. Also the website needs to use FirstData Payeezy for credit card processing. Again it comes with API and their customer service is very helpful if you need help with development. Experience with FirstData is a big plus if you can show the project where you implemented it. Of course this is an online store, so there is register/login/account info type of menus and some database queries for customers and also admins. So we need an admin menu that is similar to existing one. Basically to view/query customers/orders/etc..Apply functions customers do using their account on their behalf etc.. What makes this project easy for experienced developers is: 1. A php version already exists and you do not have to imagine how it would work. 2. APIs exist with great documentation. 3. For simplicity that I want, I have a great example of similar website, so you can follow the same structure. We need a simple but elegant design. 4. I will provide you detailed functionality document and answer your questions and provide feedback.
