Vtiger help and support

I need your help with implementing Vtiger. Nothing fancy but help me get started. 1. Setup two lists by industry, for example, I want to have a list of Software Publishers and a second list of Accountants. 2. Send an email from Vtiger to a specific contact. The emails should be sent from each users email account and saved under that organization so we can keep track of correspondence with clients. 3. Save clients reply 4. Enter my comments 5. Schedule a follow up call / email 6. Designate contacts as Hot, Warm, Cold 7. Designate contacts as Client or Prospect 8. Designate contact by industry, e.g. Education, Government, Public Co, Private Co, 9. Mention the software and hardware installed at the client's site 10.
