WordPress theme customization/adding mail notification to HireBee appthemes

Hi there, we are looking for a freelancer who can modify the HireBee Theme of AppThemes. We want to use the theme but there is one features missing. The freelancer select his skills at the registration. that works fine. But there is our problem. The freelancer should be notified via mail when a new project is posted which fits his skills. That function should be placed at the dashboard of the freelancer. Just a check box 'notify me about new projects'. The mail should be sent when a new project is posted. The mail should contain the name, an excerpt of the new project, the budget of the project, a read more button and a footer with our address. maybe it is possible that we customize the mail with the exception of excerpt and budget. Similar to the freelancer mail. Thats all. Nothing big. but in our eyes a very important feature. let us know how long it will take. Please read the description and post when you understand what to do. We dont want to negotiate after you bid about the price. Make a bid with your final price. We dont want to talk about prices. We want to talk about the project. VERY IMPORTANT: just bid when you are really able to do the work within two days and you know what to do. we dont want a freelancer who do nothing for days and at the end you dont find a solution. we dont want to lose more time. it is the third try of us to solve this project. the first freelancer arent able to solve it, the second want more money as his bid and before finishing his work and the only result he delivered were coding errors...we are very annoyed of such things. therefore, please read, understand what to do and after that do your bid.
