web python app - repost

I need to put together a proof of concept prototype web site. That will be developed in other stages to be more complex and complete. So for this first part, the art work wont matter, just follow some basic layout grid for CSS. The website is for basic content display and for keeping scores for sports amateur competitions, Technologie requirements: Python, Django, html, CSS, JS [Jquery] UI use grid 960 for the CSS [login to view URL] tables [login to view URL] plug-in for thejQuery Javascript library. DB Scheme MySQL Description UI, No artwork needed to be implemented, just placing of UI elements described in future brief layout. Number of pages [around 6]: index, content type 1 [information, text and images] content type 2 [scores shown on 2 tables] content type 3 [contact form, subscribe to RateVal feed form] - the suscribe form needs some radio buttons and check boxes, to make validations and options to subscribe flow, layout, on layout brief. DB scheme: Tables: - centres [centre details] - Competitions - users [super admin, centre admin, data entry level] - players [scores, and personal details] - RateVal Note, relationship of DB entities to be provided in DB brief. Functionality show content of website show scores of players in customisable tables [logic for score boards in brief logic] allow centre generation by super admin allow centre update scores allow players creation by centres [admin and data entry] allow players to edit personal details allow CRUD [create, restore, update, delete] content data for the website [info, links, images] by superadmin allow super user CRUD, the RateVal* allow subscription for feed of RateVal to be distributed to interested website visitors via email and SMS [SMS carrier gateway provided]. What is coming in stage 2: Implementation of artWork, this website will be integrated with Existing functional web services , push notifications for mobile apps framework for Django.
