Front end Python Flask developer with experience on Google App Engine and HTML, CSS

0. I paid more than $7k USD to freelancers within last 2-3 months so I pay for your work. 1. I need python flask experienced freelancer with knowledge of html,javascipt,cookies and sessions. You will be working with flask environment with usage of [login to view URL] api integration. Project is dominant on integration of [login to view URL] with our application letting us have forms submssisons , users records filtering , processing of form request in a acceptance flow i.e a user fills a form which has to be approved by customer manager to forward to the operations manager to approve thus flow has to be made according to the requirements using [login to view URL] tools 2. Experience in Google App Engine is highly preferred. Having knowledge in compiling and deploying on Google App Englne is very much preferred. On top of that if you have some knowledge of Google Cloud Console you would be preferred a lot. 2. You should also know Flask very well. 3. We are building an application that would be deployed on Google Cloud App engine. The app would be interacting with [login to view URL] Its mostly CRUD application but data would be saved on MySql Google Cloud SQL. 4. We would need around 4-6 hours everyday You would be guided by a senior developer. Even if you are doing a normal job you should be able to communicate with the lead anytime so we know what you are doing and if you need help. 5. We need serious developers and not someone leaving us in the middle. 6. There would be performance bonus if you can meet the targets on top of your hourly price. 7. We would first ask you to set up the project and once you have set up we would give you a small task and you need to give an estimate like a range X-Y for the task. If you can complete the task within X-Y we will be paying you for the task. After 2-3 tasks once we have gained confidence in you we can continue to use upwork tracker for the project. 8. It is fairly simple task in front end side but he will need to know some methods of handling data in flask 9. You would earn more than 500 USD within 1-2 weeks so fees for you would be only 10% and 5% in near future. 10. You learn a lot from me. For example, in a company if you are 1-2 year experienced you never get an opportunity to work with 16 year experienced guy.
