I need someone who I can train in my services of my website and help with customer support via a chat window on my site. Your responsibility will be to log into my chat service and wait until people ask you for help. When they ask for help, you will need to document the question and organize them so that I can see where people are having problems. Also, after training, you will be able to provide solutions directly to the customer. This service is in Colombia, so a Latin American speaker would be helpful as would be bilingual in English.
