Format / Edit our music industry related daily email newsletter - Long Term

We have a "Music Biz related" email newsletter that goes out once a day and is geared toward artist and people looking to break into the music industry (i.e. songwriters, singers, rappers, etc) I'm looking for someone to manage our email newsletter. Your duty's would include; ? Making sure that it goes out every single day (7 days a week) ? Making sure that it contains 2 pieces of content ever issue. One that is informational and one that is more of a sales piece for the various products and services that we promote (NOTE: Both pieces will still sell content and point to links that show the reader where they can purchase products and/or services that provide more information) ? Finding content to publish (Initially we'll give you a bit of content to use, articles and other written material that we have already) NOTE: For this part you must be both a great researcher as well as writer because you will be responsible for finding out what our audience wants to read and know more about, as well as finding the content to write about ? Making sure that all links within the email work and lead to the correct external pages ? Working with our copywriter to make sure that he/she is providing the correct type of content for the newsletter (The copywriter will be the one to provide the "sales letter" pieces ? To make sure that the newsletter looks highly professional and represents our company well at the same time providing extreme value to the end reader. ? To upload and send out the newsletter within our autoresponder services every day (we have two different companies that we have subscribers with and you will have to make sure that the newsletter goes out to both [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] ?
