I run a translation agency in Santiago de Chile and I can provide the translation/interpretation services you require, with a car as requested. It would be very useful to know in advance how many people are coming, if you need any logistic arrangements, like picking you up at the airport, if you are going to stay mainly in Santiago or if you have plans to go somewhere else near the city, your hotel address, or any other relevant detail you may provide.
