Virtual Assistant for Marketing Agency

We’re seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant who is detail-oriented, outgoing, flexible, resourceful, and organized. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager creating and maintaining to-do lists, completing administrative tasks and providing customer support via Honeybook (can be trained) helping to manage our other team members, sending invoices and handling a variety of other administrative tasks that will help our business run smoothly & efficiently. **Must be ok with paid training to learn about Google Ads, content outreach and more** The successful candidate must possess the following experience/qualities: • previous experience working for marketing agency (preferred but not required) • exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • able to follow simple instructions and have an eye for detail • available via chat platforms during working hours and able to respond in a timely manner (compulsory) • have a good understanding of the beauty industry • strong research and analytical skills • a reliable, highly proactive, motivated self-starter • has a positive outlook, is empathic, friendly, caring, and compassionate • accountable and conscientious with strong follow-through • outstanding client and customer service skills • resourceful, with excellent judgment skills • superb time and task management skills *****tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly**** Please start your cover letter by saying 'HELLO KAKE'.
