Convert a downloaded restricted Opencart template to a fully responsive and customisable opencart store. Currently the template is one that we cannot edit well in the layouts section of opencart so we are very restricted in design changes. I want to be able to adjust colours and move sections e.t.c. whilst retaining the overall look. The theme can be viewed in image [login to view URL] (fishing store) We want to be able to add sections like in [login to view URL] (a different template) whilst retaining our own look and feel. Our competitor's site is at competitor.jpg. We want to be able to look more impressive than this.
