Markup Project 001

I am looking for a VERY EXPERIENCED and VERY TALENTED developer to create responsive HTML 5 markup for 1 main page and 1 subpage based on an existing design. Twitter Bootstrap should be used and there will be a JQuery slider on the homepage. There is already an existing design, you do not need to design anything but you will need to markup the designs. The pages are as follows: - 1 homepage design to markup (slider, image rollovers, link highlighting on mouseover, etc.) - 1 inner page design to markup (standard content page) The designs are very basic and standard (header, body, footer). The markup you create must be responsive to mobile devices. The markup should be functional with a working navigation, slider, responsive design, applied styles (Google font, Twitter Bootstrap, etc.). You will make use of HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, etc. in the markup. Your job is to create the html markup using div structure and create the CSS, etc. Web 2.0. I will own all copyright over the markup and work you create under this project. You will transfer all rights over to me upon completion. There will also be a standard NDA to sign. A 50% milestone will be created upon acceptance. I'm only looking at talented developers with good ratings on this site and that submit good references / work samples. Thank you.
