Need website backed up using akeeba (also need explanation why its not working). Problem needs to be identified so that I can back more backups in the future. When I us akeeba backup I get this error... Backup Failed The backup operation has been halted because an error was detected. The last error message was: AJAX Loading Error HTTP Status: 504 (Gateway Time-out) Internal status: error XHR ReadyState: 4 Raw server response: 504 Gateway Time-out I have knowledge of joomla but I do not have the time to find the problem. It is a very small issue and it is easy to fix according to the support for akeeba.

Sir, your problem is very simple. The execution time on your server is to low. Akeeba is working fine but can´t show correctly refresh ajax. This is a very common problem that i discuss with the developer. The solution is increase the execution time. Send me a message if you have any doubt. Regards
