small javascript website quick maintenance

I have a budget of 10GBP set for this project if you bid this or lower you will be considered. if you bid but you want more I report you, please dont waste time. I will award only professional speaks excellent English and can finish within today. Someone toke on this project before and we started to exchange emails than he has been gone for five hours without letting me know. it is very annoying and I expect the next person who takes on to complete at once. thank you. so the website is [login to view URL] I give you access to [login to view URL] I have an index file (which is uploaded) where the scripts are correct but some function was altered so it messed up the site I have the original index file but the new favicon is not in there neither the good scripts. so I need you to fix it, also re activate the emails. Make sure scripts are justified - aligned both to the left and right - I think only the about section needs it the rest is fine. I need you to move the links at the donation pages lower a bit. and I need you to make sure the SSL buttons are visible. I would like you to clean up the index file after I checked and all is fine. I would like a clear view of it when I open in notepad. I attached the messed up file which has the correct scripts. and strangely it looks good when I open offline but online it is awful. perhaps the other files should be refreshed also on the server but I need someone sort it out please! thank you
