Site Development and First Page Ranking

I am looking for a web developer to create an ecommerce site. The site should be compatible with major Windows browsers and Safari. I have the following available for use in completing this task: • Mock up of basic site design (see attached) • Content for the site – including images • List of keywords/key phrases to be targeted (see attached) Need someone to (1) develop the look of the site and code it; (2) submit site to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL]; (3) set up the shopping cart; (4) assist with transfer of code to the hosting site; (5) incorporate SEO and perform SEM activities necessary to achieve ranking on first page of [login to view URL] Site look and feel should be of high quality and on par with that of competitors like [login to view URL] . Payment will be by escrow in accordance with the following milestones: Payment 1: upon review/approval of coded website and design Payment 2: upon transfer of site and integration of shopping cart/merchant account Payment 3: upon proof of submission to search engines Payment 4: upon attainment of first page ranking on Google In your bid, please address the following: • estimated time to put site on first page of Google • methods used for increasing site ranking • necessary vs. recommended site development and maintenance tools • estimated work hours needed to complete each portion of the project (by payment milestone). I am looking to develop a long-term relationship with a talented individual who possesses design, coding, SEO and SEM ability. There will likely be ongoing maintenance work needed on this site as well as coding of 2 additional websites. All of this will be discussed and bidded on at a later date.
