Archinteach web design - Part 2

Hi, we finished our web design with a freelancer and now we want to start with phase 2 of the same project which sent here: PHASE 1 – PART 2 - REQUIRED TASKS: 1- EDITING & DELETING GRAPHICS MAKING AND PROJECT REVIEW REQUESTS Students should be able to edit/delete graphics making and project review requests, and admin account should be able to see all proposals, comments between student and instructors and should be able to delete them. 2- PAYMENT Payment process should be developed, there should be several steps for payment like in any other website, also there should be more options for payment without using PayPal, because PayPal in some countries is not popular. We need more payment methods such as: credit and debit cards and bank transfer with no mandatory to have PyaPal account. 3- CURRENCY Users should be able to change their currency, and each user will view all the prices in the currency that he selected. 4- REDUCING IMAGES SIZE AND REMOVING OLD SERVICES REQUESTS. • The website should be able to reduce image sizes in the Home Page, Architectural Project List and Interior Design Project list and messages “whenever we view the image in the site” such as other social media like Facebook, LinkedIn and X. • For images and files sizes in Services Requests we will keep it as it’s since the user will download it to his computer to be able to see it. But in the services “Comment Section” or “Check Request”, we need to reduce the image size. Again, wherever we view the image inside our website we must reduce the image size. • To reduce files size on the website, all Graphics Making and Project Review requests should be removed automatically after passing 30 days for a request with Closed status, in other words, when the job request is closed, and stays closed for 30 days with no change on it status, it should be removed from the website completely automatically, but we still need to see it’s info in admin panel. • Also, the website should be able to reduce video size. 5- IMPROVING TEXT BAR IN POSTS AND COMMENTS ON THE WHOLE WEBSITE All comments and posts on the website should appear exactly how they have been written in the text bar after sending them, including spaces between lines, bold texts, Image location etc. 6- WEBSITE ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS • Admin account should be able to directly delete any post or comment from the website without going to the control panel. • Instructors should be able to add courses to the courses List and admin should be able to approve the course from the admin panel after checking all course information. • Users should be able to edit their email, password first and last name, currency, country, and their registration info through “Account Sittings.” • We need to be able to adjust the text which is on the side of the services pages. • Users should be able to tag each other’s. • Notifications should improve, users should get notifications when the tag each other’s, get comments from others, when instructor comment inside services requests. • Portfolio inside user profile should improve, users can be able to add up to 8 projects inside their portfolio, and it will look like exactly how Architectural project look like. • User can edit his post: Tilte, text, tag and Images (adding and removing some images) • Enhancements to design consultation booking time (adding start and end date) • Users can choose cover pictures for architectural and Interior projects in Library when they add project.
