Build me an architectural company website

Greetings, I am looking for an individual to create a website for my Architectural and interior design company. The domain has already been purchased from iPage, but I want to add some specific features to the website. If there are additional features you think may be useful, please let me know what they are and we can assess. Please note that payment will only be provided upon satisfaction and completion of the requested work. Following is the list of features to be included: ● Main Sections (To be added to Navigation bar) o Home Page. o News Page. (with Share buttons) o Portfolio Page. • Upload tool capacity and sections for each service provided by the company. • Sorting tool [by Project Category, City, Service, etc...] • Include a “share” button at the bottom of each pic o Services Provided by the Company. o “Request a Quote” Page. o Online Consultancy section with payment method and QR code generator to give the visitors the ability to use mobile for payments. o Contact Us page. o About Us page with future [Our Team] Sub-section. o Careers Page (with job posting tool & share buttons) o Blog (hidden for now with a tool to show it in the future) ● Non-main Sections o Employees Email Login Page o Visit Us section (hidden for now with a tool to add a location in the future) o Social Media direct links. o Our Clients Section (hidden for now with a tool to add new clients). o Subscribe Page with auto email update about recent news (and unsubscribe capacity). o FAQ Page. o Website footer. ● Main Features o Navigation Bar including the main sections. o Search bar. o Mini logo to be shown at the browser tab. o Direct website links to the main sections. o Live Chat feature (hidden for now with a tool to show it in the future) o the website must be viewable on both pc and mobile. o Geographic Information fixed to Cairo-Egypt. o Website security & CAPTCHA security. ● Website control features o Each page and section will have a feature to be able to hide it or show it through admin control panel or CMS tool (content management system). o Easy to use admin control panel or CMS tool (content management system) that can be used to control which section to show and which to hide, add contents into sections and control everything in the website from it. o SMS tool (to send offers to clients via SMS) o Be on the top results on search engines using SEO tool (search engine optimization) and with relevant keywords. o Optimize each page for specific relevant keywords. o Add privacy policy. o Fast loading codes & Using Browser cache to Increase website Load Speed. o Tool to measure website's Search traffic and performance, fix issues such as Google Search Central formally Google Webmaster Tools (GWT). o Analytics tools (Google Analytics). ● Things to Avoid on the website o Do not Upload Videos on the Website Server. o Avoid Background Music. o Do Not Use Flash Elements. o Avoid ‘click to Enter Option on Your Website. ● Training and handoff o Develop a “how to” instruction manual to maintain and update the website (including items like creating a new page, adding new content, modifying existing content, adding a new post, maintenance, etc.) o Provide me with approx. 3-5 hours on training how to properly use these features.
