Are your MX records appearing on the DNS at all? Please message me the domain and I can double check if they're appearing. Also which email service are you using? Kind regards, Jack

Hello Sir, As an expert in System Administrating for about 5 years. This error I mean sending is your server side problem or it is anti-spam blocking by email receivers like Gmail. So two expectation 1- You didn't set up your Mail server correctly. 2- You didn't set up your DNS properly to bypass Spam system. In any of cases I can solve them. Let me know...
