Build me a backend & frontend for a web only application

Hello, I'm looking for a programmer to help us build this web application. Please let me know if you're interested. consumable Change Reminders App Exclusive to UniCo Group Inc (full rights) [login to view URL] Backend: - Twilio (for SMS) - Number & API access already available. - In-house email service (for email) - Can be completed by us or you can build on our VPS. - DB (your choice) Frontend: - Fully responsive website with CSS. Can be your choice. (no apps, just web) Actual functions: - Admin page - User account page - Modern step by step sign-up process - User signs up with single USA cell phone number or email address. Enter name. Verify phone or email once with code. We'll sign up our customers automatically through a batch process and verify them with an API in the future. The ability to take a future API needs to built in. - User (or admin) creates system profile. User can have multiple systems. - User type can be paid or free. Free for our customers (user type needs to be built in the DB). Other users, $1-5 via CC per system annually. We can set payment up on our end. ---------------- 1) System profile includes certain variables (mostly preselected) (variables will be provided) 2) The app will then generate the following options for the consumer: Be notified when the consumable change is due through: - Text - Email 3) The notification will say something in the lines of: "Your consumable (size or type x) is due to be changed. Please check & select from the following options: If your consumable did not need replacement yet, reply back with 2. If your consumable was too dirty & should have been replaced sooner, reply back with 3. If you changed your consumable, reply back with 1. Based on the response, the system should adjust the next reminder. Variables will be provided. Other notes: ---------------- - If you're not a front-end guy, we can design that in-house and provide. - Servers and services will be provided by us in full (including dev & staging envs). - We would do this in house but the dev is busy building other things. ---------------- Nice to have features: - Show the consumable (attributes through the system type) available at Amazon or Homedepot on the page (affiliated links) - Estimate annual consumable change cost based on fetch data and display it (to sell electronic air cleaners or permanent consumables) - Print out maintenance history (requires adding maintenance history such as major or annual service completed to each system) - Fetch warranty information or entered by user and sell extended warranties
