Hi. I'm looking for a video editor who can quickly edit a video that's less than 1 minute (57 seconds) long. I’m looking to get it done in a few hours. I need to blur a sign which is on the background of the video. The attached is a small part of the video as an example, and screenshot of the video with the approximate area that needs to be blurred (only the letters).
